How to Withdraw from Membership?

Process of Membership Withdrawal

To withdraw from membership, you can go to the [MY > Settings > Withdraw Membership] page and submit your request.

Your account information cannot be recovered after withdrawing from membership.
If you have ongoing course transactions or are under penalty, you cannot request withdrawal.
Any existing Gigs coupons and free points will be automatically forfeited and cannot be transferred even if you rejoin after withdrawal.
Course reviews and evaluations will not be automatically deleted upon withdrawal. After withdrawal, your account information will be deleted, and self-verification will not be possible.
After withdrawal, your information will be managed according to Gigs' privacy policy in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act.

If you have used easy login methods, your stored information in Gigs will be completely deleted upon account withdrawal.
