What are Gigs Cash and Gigs Bonus, and How Can I Use Them?

Gigs Cash refers to the deposit amount that users can pre-load into their accounts and deduct when making service purchases. Each Gigs Cash is equivalent to 1 Korean won, and it is categorized as follows:

Types of Cash

• Gigs Cash: This is the cash that users directly recharge into their accounts using various payment methods. It has a validity period of 2 years from the date of the initial purchase. If a transaction is canceled and the purchase amount is refunded as Gigs Cash, the validity period will be calculated from the date of the initial payment.
• Gigs Bonus: These are points provided by the company free of charge, typically as part of events or promotions. They have a validity period of 3 months from the date of accrual.

Important Notes

• Gigs Bonus points that were provided free of charge will be reclaimed if the conditions for their issuance are no longer met.
• If a course is canceled, the Gigs Cash used for the purchase will be refunded. However, if the validity period has already expired at that point, the refund will not be processed.
