Gigs is optimized for the Chrome browser.

As a result, the service pages may not function properly on other browsers such as Internet Explorer or Safari. We recommend installing and using the Chrome browser whenever possible.

If you are already using the Chrome browser but the website is not working correctly, you can take the following steps:

• Please check if the 'plugins' located on the top right of the address bar are installed correctly.
• Within the Chrome browser, you can disable the 'Ad Block' extension (security program) by setting it to 'disabled'.

Gigs provides a mobile application through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Since the App undergoes regular and continuous updates, if the App is not functioning properly, please try 'updating' or 'uninstalling and reinstalling' the App to continue using the service.
