How can I get a refund for Gigs Cash?
Is it possible to get a refund after charging Gigs Cash?
- If the lecture service has not started yet, you can receive a 100% refund of the purchase amount. However, if the schedule of the lecture service has been confirmed, the "Refund Policy after Schedule Confirmation" listed below will apply.
- If the lecture service is canceled, users who purchased the corresponding lecture service will be refunded in Gigs Cash equivalent to the canceled purchase amount.
- Refunds are possible within 30 days after charging Gigs Cash, and the refund will be processed through payment method cancellation as the default policy. If payment method cancellation is not available, the remaining amount after deducting the Gigs usage fee and payment method fee (such as card fees) related to the lecture service will be refunded in Gigs Cash.
- Refunds are not possible if any amount of Gigs Cash has been used or if the lecture has been attended even once.
- If the lecture service provided by the Gigs expert is delayed beyond the agreed schedule before or after the start of the service, or if any corresponding issues arise, the remaining portion excluding the lecture time or number of sessions conducted by the Gigs expert will be refunded in Gigs Cash.
How to apply for Gigs Cash refund

- Enter the relevant information such as account details and refund reasons, and submit your inquiry.
- We will respond within 7 business days.
Notes
- Refund requests are only available within 30 days after charging Gigs Cash if there is no history of using the cash.
- Partial refunds of the cash are not possible.
- Please note that it may take additional time until the final payment is processed as we respond within 7 business days after receiving the refund inquiry.
- If you purchase a lecture after submitting a refund inquiry, the inquiry will be automatically canceled, so please be aware of that.
- In cases where unreasonable purposes are identified, such as charging and using cash for illegitimate reasons, the company may withhold the refund and request clarification from the member.
