Course review rating is a review written by a member who has actually purchased the course, providing feedback on the expert and the service.

How to Write a Course Review Rating

You can write a review rating for the service on the course purchase details page after confirming your purchase. (You can select a satisfaction category regarding the course and write a review.)

Notes

• Course review ratings can only be written within 7 days from the completion date of the course.
• Once you have written a course review rating, it cannot be edited or deleted.
• When you withdraw from your membership, the course review ratings will not be automatically deleted. After withdrawal, your account information will be deleted and it will not be possible to verify your identity. Therefore, please request the deletion of the course review rating before applying for withdrawal.
