Definition of Schedule Confirmation

Schedule confirmation refers to the final expression of intent by a purchasing member stating that they consider the lesson to be finalized, after the expert has confirmed the completion of the final lesson.

How to Confirm a Schedule

You can confirm the schedule by clicking on the "Schedule Confirmation" button in the "Lesson Completed" stage during the lesson progress. ※ Access it through [MY > Purchase History > Purchase Details].

Once the lesson is completed, please click on "Schedule Confirmation" to finalize the lesson.

Automatic Schedule Confirmation

Automatic schedule confirmation refers to the system where, if there is no response from the purchasing member for 7 days after the lesson is completed, it will automatically be confirmed on the 8th day. If you have any requests or concerns before confirming the schedule, please make sure to express them before the confirmation.

Modifications/Cancellations/Refunds After Schedule Confirmation

• Modifications, cancellations, and refunds for lessons are not possible after schedule confirmation.
• Members and experts can reach a mutual agreement regarding refunds.
• While Gigs can provide assistance within certain limits for smooth communication between the parties involved, we do not intervene in dispute resolution or transaction adjustments.
