What is the Fee for Using Gigs and How is it Calculated?
The fee for using Gigs is a charge related to the operation of the Gigs system by the company. It consists of selling fees and buying fees, which are applied according to the specific regulations set by the company for Gigs.
Buying Fees
- Buying fees are borne by general users of Gigs and are included in the payment amount when purchasing a lesson service.
- The company may enforce special regulations for buying fees.
Criteria for Applying Buying Fees
- Currently, there are no separate buying fees applied.
Selling Fees
- Selling fees are charged to Gigs experts when their lesson service is "confirmed for purchase" and are applied differentially based on the confirmed purchase amount, the "field" determined by the company, and ongoing events or promotions.
- Selling fees are deducted at the stage where the confirmed purchase amount is converted into the expert's earnings from the sold lesson service, and the settled selling fees are not refundable.
- No selling fees are charged if the sold lesson service is canceled.
- The company may enforce special regulations for selling fees.
Criteria for Applying Selling Fees
- Selling fees are applied at a rate of 30% of the lesson price.
