Buying Fees

• Buying fees are borne by general users of Gigs and are included in the payment amount when purchasing a lesson service.

Selling Fees

• Selling fees are charged to Gigs experts when their lesson service is "confirmed for purchase" and are applied differentially based on the confirmed purchase amount, the "field" determined by the company, and ongoing events or promotions.
• Selling fees are deducted at the stage where the confirmed purchase amount is converted into the expert's earnings from the sold lesson service, and the settled selling fees are not refundable.
• No selling fees are charged if the sold lesson service is canceled.
