How do I use Gigs service?

Finding the desired experts and courses

1. You can find relevant courses and experts by entering 'keywords' in the search (opens in a new tab) bar.
   • Keywords can include game titles, expert names, characters, positions, and more.
2. On the product listings page (opens in a new tab), you can browse through courses specifically related to the 'game' you choose.
3. Utilize the 'filter function' available on the product listings page (opens in a new tab) to refine your search and find courses that meet your criteria.

How to choose an Influencer Expert

1. You can explore Influencer Experts showcased at the top of the main page (opens in a new tab).
2. Influencer Experts include professional gamers, streamers, pro coaches, academy coaches, and famous personalities.
3. You can select an Influencer Expert and enroll in the courses they offer.

How to Successfully Take Courses

You can track the progress of your courses from the start to completion on the My > Courses > Course Purchase History (opens in a new tab) page. The transaction fee is stored within Gigs, and after completing the course, you can confirm and settle the payment with the expert by selecting 'Course Confirmation'.

Here are the steps to safely navigate the transaction process:

Key Stages of the Transaction Process

1. Course Purchase
   1. To purchase a course offered by Gigs, click the 'Purchase' button on the course details page. The course details page provides information about the course and its price.
2. Selecting Course Schedule
   1. To select a course schedule, you can check the expert's availability and choose your desired schedule. After selecting the schedule, proceed with the payment. It's recommended to review the purchase options in detail before making a purchase as they may involve costs.
3. Course Payment
   1. Choose from the various payment options available and provide the required payment information. Once the payment is completed, the expert confirms the schedule. If the expert rejects or does not confirm the schedule within 24 hours, the transaction is automatically canceled. Various payment methods can be used during the payment process.
4. Course Progress
   1. Once the course schedule is confirmed between the expert and the learner, the course will be conducted through Discord. The expert provides necessary materials, and the learner can listen to the course and ask questions. If the learner wishes to withdraw from the course during the progress, they can request a refund by discussing it with the expert. For refund requests due to the learner's change of mind or account restrictions, consultation with the expert is necessary. Refunds may not be possible if an agreement cannot be reached.
5. Course Completion and Review
   1. After the course ends, learners can write a review and provide feedback on the received course. This helps other learners gain insights into the expert's courses.
6. Detailed Guide to the Process
   1. Awaiting Approval (Waiting for Lesson Schedule)
      1. The member has purchased the lesson.
      2. The expert's schedule is yet to be confirmed.
      3. Both the expert and the member can request cancellation.
      4. The expert can review the lesson schedule purchased by the member and either confirm it within 24 hours or reject it.
   2. Upcoming (Lesson Schedule Confirmed)
      1. The expert has confirmed the lesson schedule.
      2. Both the expert and the member can request cancellation.
      3. Penalties may apply for refund requests after the schedule is confirmed, according to the policy.
      4. Once the lesson schedule is confirmed, the lesson can be started.
   3. Lesson Start
      1. The lesson starts automatically at the scheduled time.
      2. The expert can also manually initiate the lesson after coordinating with the member. (Manual start is only available for the expert)
      3. If the expert initiates the lesson manually without mutual agreement, the member can request cancellation.
      4. Communication and feedback between the expert and the member take place through Discord, and the lesson proceeds.
   4. Lesson in Progress
      1. The lesson is ongoing.
      2. The expert can request cancellation. (Cancellation by the member is not allowed; cancellation request should be made to the expert)
      3. If the lesson is canceled during the progress, the lesson is canceled, and the amount paid is refunded in cash.
      4. Any cancellation or modification of the lesson after it has started requires mutual agreement and consensus between the member and the expert, and the company does not intervene or take responsibility.
      5. Communication and feedback between the expert and the member take place through Discord, and the lesson continues.
   5. Lesson Completed
      1. The lesson has been completed.
      2. The expert can request completion.
      3. If there is no indication of the member's intention to modify, cancel, or provide feedback on the lesson within 7 days of the completion request, the completion of the lesson is confirmed, and the expert receives the earnings.
      4. Communication and feedback between the expert and the member take place through Discord, and the completion of the lesson is processed.
   6. Lesson Confirmation
      1. The lesson is finally confirmed.
      2. After the lesson is completed, the member can proceed with the final confirmation of the lesson.
      3. Upon lesson confirmation, the member can leave a review for the expert.
      4. After the lesson is confirmed, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds regarding the lesson are possible under any circumstances.
      5. If there is no indication of the member's intention to modify, cancel, or provide feedback on the lesson within 7 days of the completion request, the completion of the lesson is confirmed, and the earnings are paid.
