Gigs is a service where experts in various games can conveniently and safely sell their lessons.

The categories of lessons provided by experts are constantly expanding, and when you select a desired 'game', you can see a list of related lessons.

What's the difference between an expert and a regular member? 🖐️

✓ Expert: Refers to a member who registers lessons they intend to sell on Gigs and provides relevant information in their profile.

✓ Regular member: Refers to a member who explores and purchases lessons from experts.

Now, let's get started on how to easily use the Gigs service.

How do I register as an expert?

Registering as an expert is mandatory to engage in lesson sales activities on Gigs.

The registration process includes self-verification and verification of your credentials.

After expert registration, the approval process will be completed within 7 business days.

Experts are categorized as either regular experts or corporate experts based on their registration with the National Tax Service. The certification process may vary depending on the type of expert.

How do I sell lessons?

On Gigs, you can engage in sales activities through two main methods:

  • Selling regular lessons: Register your lessons using the designated sales form, and Gigs will review and approve the lesson for sale. Approved lessons will be displayed in the lesson product page and search results, available for purchase by regular members.
  • Customized lessons: Based on the customized lesson requests from regular members, you can propose tailored lesson curriculums that meet their requirements and negotiate and finalize the transaction.

How do I register lessons?

Once your expert activity is approved, select the relevant category for the lessons you wish to sell and complete the registration form accurately. Gigs will review the suitability of the registered lessons, and you will receive the review results within 7 business days.

Are there advertising products for experts?

To enhance the visibility and sales of your registered lessons, you can purchase advertisements that will promote your lessons at the top. The purchased ads will be immediately applied to your active services, so please make sure to check the conditions, duration, and costs before making a purchase.

How do I communicate with members?

All communication is primarily conducted through Discord for mutual interaction. Gigs provides experts with a secure phone number through the safety number feature. You can directly engage in telephone consultations using the safety number before making a purchase.

What is the process for conducting lessons?

Once a member purchases a lesson and the schedule is confirmed, the lesson will start according to the agreed-upon schedule. Through coordination between the member and the expert, the lesson can be scheduled in advance or at a later time even if it doesn't align with the predefined schedule.

The progress of the lessons can be tracked in the [My > Expert Toolkit > Product Histories] (opens in a new tab) section, where detailed information about the sales is available.

Through features such as 'Cancellation', 'Progress', 'Confirmation', the expert can confirm the member's intentions and actively coordinate with the member to resolve any issues that arise during the lesson.

How is the revenue settled?

Once the lesson is confirmed, the earnings will be settled into your account immediately. You can request a withdrawal for the settled earnings at any desired time, and the payment will be made to your verified bank account within 7 business days.
