Gigs is a service where experts from various games offer lessons that can be purchased conveniently and safely.
🖐️ Expert refers to a member who registers lessons they intend to sell on Gigs and provides relevant information on their profile.
🖐️ Regular Member refers to a member who explores and purchases lessons from experts.
Now, let me tell you how to easily use the Gigs service.
How can I find the desired lesson?
You can quickly explore lessons related to your desired 'game' by entering relevant keywords on the Search page (opens in a new tab).
Additionally, you can use the 'Filter' feature on the lesson product page to only see lessons classified according to your chosen criteria.
How are Influencer Experts different?
- Influencer Experts include professional gamers, streamers, pro coaches, academy coaches, celebrities, etc.
- Unlike regular experts, they possess a higher level of expertise and can provide more specialized lessons.
- They are the top 1% outstanding experts selected based on Gigs' criteria.
Can I consult with the expert in advance?
Before purchasing a lesson, you can communicate with the expert through Discord connection, and you can directly contact the expert using the 'Safe Number' feature. Check the expert's profile for the safe number.
Please note that the expert may be unavailable when contacted through the safe number.
To ensure smooth communication, please adhere to basic etiquette.
How do I make the payment?
You can directly make the payment through the [Purchase] function on the lesson's detailed page.
When making a payment on Gigs, your lesson fee is protected through Safe Payment until the completion of the lesson.
I'm not satisfied with the lesson.
If the initially agreed-upon lesson is not delivered or if you're not satisfied with the lesson, you can request it from the expert.
However, for cancellations or refunds, the agreement with the expert must be reached before the lesson starts or after it's completed.
How do I resolve issues during the lesson?
If you determine that the lesson cannot be completed smoothly, you can request a 'Cancellation' from the expert. However, canceling a lesson in progress requires prior agreement with the expert.
If an agreement cannot be reached with the expert, it may not be possible to resolve the issue, and you can contact the Support (opens in a new tab) for assistance.
How do I confirm the lesson and write a review?
After confirming the completion of the lesson, you can complete the lesson by selecting 'Purchase Confirmation'.
Reviews (evaluations) for the expert and the lesson can be written and edited in the purchase details after the purchase has been confirmed.
